Leah Gibson

My name is Leah Gibson and I'm from Chattanooga,Tennessee. My husband and I moved to Jackson when I took a job in anesthesia at St. John's hospital. I've been teaching classes for seven years I love it. I'm certified through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America in group exercise. I've taught several classes such as cycling, boot camp, muscle conditioning, and recently cross fit. While living in Nashville I dappled into the newest edition of group exercise called cross fit. I tailor my boot camp classes at the White Buffalo to be somewhat similar.
