A Jackson Hole Native, Nicole attended Undergraduate and Graduate school in California. She is the founder of One to One Health, a boutique personal training and Pilates studio located in Santa Cruz, CA and has been involved and worked in the health and fitness industry since 2000. Once a competitive athlete, she has gained expansive knowledge of proper exercise, nutrition and performance training. Nicole has been certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in personal training and has completed her certification in Nutrition. Nataliia was born in Ukraine in 1989. A few years ago she moved to USA and now she is here permanently. She loves spending her free time outside, hiking, mountain biking, and all of the other amazing outdoor activities Jackson has to offer. She and her family love exercising and good food. They spend a lot of time together and enjoy living in Jackson. In 2015, she became a personal trainer out of a passion for being healthy, fit and active. Although she is new to personal training, she is very passionate about helping people to achieve their goals. Her goal as a trainer is to help people get and stay in shape, while encouraging fitness and good health. She truly believes in positive fitness results and that they are intensity dependent. Natalia is ready to work with beginners and advance trainees. There is no problem for her to find a great work-out routine and nutrition plan depending on your goals. She will help you to eat healthy and maximize your work-out to 100% of your ability level. Based on her knowledge from ISSA she is a believer in weight training and cardio pump. Jenn is a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Massage Therapist and food enthusiast. Her passion for natural healing began many years ago after pursuing a nursing degree. Her focus is getting to the root cause of disease and living in balance with nature.
Group Fitness Instructor
Leah is from Chattanooga, Tennessee. She and her husband moved to Jackson when she took a job in anesthesia at St. John's hospital. She’s been teaching classes for seven years now and absolutely loves it. She is certified through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America in group exercise. Leah has taught several classes such as cycling, boot camp, muscle conditioning. While living in Nashville she dappled into the newest edition of group exercise called Cross-Fit. She tailors her boot camp classes at the White Buffalo Club to be somewhat similar.

Ali grew up in Boulder, Colorado and earned a BA in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. During college she became certified as an AFAA group fitness instructor and began teaching cardio kickboxing and bootcamp classes. Ali has a passion for helping people achieve their personal fitness and lifestyle goals and enjoys watching clients progress. Ali moved to Jackson in 2012 to live closer to the mountains and wilderness. In her free time, she likes to mountain bike, backpack, rock climb, cook, travel to the desert and study nutrition and food politics. Ali is the founder and Executive Director of Hole Food Rescue, a local nonprofit that works to reduce food waste and food insecurity.
Heidi is a Jackson Hole native who has been a student of yoga since childhood. As a dancer, she studied the practices and principles of physical discipline from a very early age. Yoga became more a focus in 2008 when she began more formal yoga training in the tradition of Anusara Yoga. Heidi then went on to study with the likes of Roger Cole, Gizella Donald, Ariel Karass and Bhavanni Maki, and the Sivananda Ashram and it’s reputable teaching faculty, completing over 500 hours of training in the study of Hatha Yoga.
As a lifelong athlete Heidi has always pursued the interest of physical health, mental clarity and efficacy in her practice. She loves to share insights about everything from physical alignment to energetic and philosophical realizations. It is her pleasure and her calling to unfold for her students the teachings of the generations who have come before in their lively pursuits. Namaste.
Practice to Michelle has been the grounding force that has guided her through a happily chaotic life. She moved to Jackson to work in Grand Teton National Park right out of college, and has felt a pull to this inspiring and energetic place ever since. She completed her 500 hour teacher training with Adi Amar and Angela Tong at Teton Yoga Shala and is following her strong desire to inspire others the way yoga has inspired her. Ainslie began her practice of yoga ten years ago in Boston, MA. Soon after she began she noticed changes in her body and in the quality of her mood. After five years of consistent practice she completed her first teacher training through Teton Yoga Shala. She is forever grateful to the teachers who have inspired her to go deeper into this beautiful practice. Her classes are a fun, vigorous vinyasa with a focus on the healing aspects of yoga. She is available for private and semi-private classes.
