OUR BOOKING POLICY

PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT

*Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation will be processed by White Buffalo Club, who will carry out your reservation and take payment in accordance with the policies set out below.

*Your credit card statement will show the charges coming from White Buffalo Club, LLC.

Deposits & Cancellations

Standard Season

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 14 days before scheduled arrival will receive a refund of deposit. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. Please note that airline flight delays and cancellations, weather related issues, illness, or unforeseen emergencies cannot be compensated. Trip cancellation insurance is available from a variety of carriers and is recommended.

CHECK OUT

Check out time is 11:00 A.M. If not checked out by 11:00 A.M. , you may be charged up to $100. If not checked out by 4:00 P.M., you may be charged up to 1/2 of one nights lodging. After 4:00 P.M., you will be charged 1 full nights lodging.

HOUSEKEEPING

White Buffalo Club Rooms: Daily housekeeping is included in all stays in the rooms at the White Buffalo Club. Guests interested in conserving water and reducing energy consumption may request that linens and towels not be changed every day in their guest suite.

Managed Properties: With the exception of a full clean on departure, housekeeping services are not included in any stay, but may be purchased at check in. Please make your housekeeping arrangements by speaking with the front desk staff upon arrival or by calling ahead.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Our professional concierge staff will be pleased to assist you in planning your activities and dining while in Jackson Hole. Advanced dinner reservations for our USDA Prime Steakhouse, are encouraged. We can also arrange for massage therapy and personal trainers in our Wellness Center during your stay.

White Buffalo Club TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP

White Buffalo Club is a world class Boutique Inn, Dining, Wellness and Recreational facility located in the renowned destination of Jackson Hole, Wyoming: featuring an exclusive, private club. As a rental guest, you will be provided a Temporary Membership at check in. This membership will provide you access to the White Buffalo Club amenities for the duration of your stay in Jackson Hole. The Club then becomes your Jackson Hole community.

AMENITIES

Amenities at White Buffalo Club include 31 luxurious Member Suites, meetings or private functions in the richly appointed surroundings of the Board Room, Massage Therapy available daily, a fully equipped fitness and training facility, and Jackson Hole's finest dining experience. To learn more about the amenities or membership at White Buffalo Club in advance of your stay, please visit us on the web. You may also wish to call the Club in advance of your stay to schedule spa and training appointments or dinner reservations. The Front Desk is available from 7 am to 11pm 7-days of the week. 

RENTAL AGE RESTRICTIONS

We require that the responsible guest of the reservation be a minimum of 18 years or older and be present for the entire stay. This guest is required to provide the following upon check-in: a valid ID as proof of identification; a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in; sign a registration card for the condo rented.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Each residence can accommodate a specified number of guests. Upon reservation it is mandatory to give the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit. Guests should notified White Buffalo Club of any increase in the size of their party. Upon arrival you should fill the registration card with the names and ages of each member in your party. White Buffalo Club reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guests not respecting this policy. Each unit has a maximum occupancy that is not to be exceeded. If a number of people staying in the unit exceeds the maximum occupancy, the credit card on file will be charged an additional $25/day for each person beyond the maximum occupancy.

SMOKING

All units are non-smoking. Smoking penalty is $1,000.00. The fine will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.

PARTIES, NOISE AND NUISANCE

Loud music, noisy behavior, disrespectful actions or behaviour towards other renters and neighbors as well as excessive numbers of vehicles will not be tolerated. A $250 fee plus taxes will apply for each visit of the security guard or from one of our team member. The White Buffalo Club will evict any guests that do not comply upon the second visit of the security guard. There will be no refund of the security deposit or of any unused portion of the stay.

ROOM KEYS

Return keys upon departure:

-Keys must be deposited at the front desk upon check-out. A charge of $2.00 per set of keys will be applied for any lost or stolen keys (including plastic keys).

SPECIFIC PROPERTIES

Please note that all Property Requests are Requests Only and specific units are not guaranteed. In the event of a necessary, unforseen move, White Buffalo Club reserves the right to provide alternate accommodations of equal or upgraded value.

PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM

The Reservation Fee charged on your booking includes the Peace of Mind (POM) damage coverage program. POM provides up to $3,000 of coverage against accidental damage to the unit or its contents during your stay. You are encouraged, but not required, to report any accidents so they can be addressed quickly. Damage that exceeds $3,000 in value or is related to carelessness, vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind program. Such costs will be your responsibility and will be charged against the credit card on file with your reservation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is available and is recommended. LastHoorah! Resort Destinations is our preferred partner assisting many of our guests with all of their Travel Insurance questions and needs.

Last Hoorah! Resort Destinations encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance for all non-refundable trip costs, is a licensed agent, and is extremely knowledgeable of the various policies they offer. LastHoorah! provides timely customer service, and may provide you a quote at anytime that is designed to suit the needs of your group. Policies are affordable, flexible, and cover a variety of situations such as: illness, death in the family, cancel for work related reasons, cancel for any reason, medical expenses, lost luggage, trip delay, and more.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you authorize White Buffalo Club to charge your credit card for any damages or theft that occur during your stay, for long-distance phone charges and housekeeping or house manager services incurred during your stay and for any applicable charges as outlined above.
