GENERAL HOTEL PREVENTIVE MEASURES
At the White Buffalo Club all of our staff practices social distancing and are required to wear masks at all times while inside the facility. We have also installed acrylic panels at our front desk for additional protection during your check in process. You will also find sanitary stations throughout the common areas. All rooms and room keys are disinfected immediately after guest departures using CDC approved cleaning products.
SECURING YOUR ENVIRONMENT
With the implementation of new pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning and disinfection protocols we are able to ensure the safety of our in-house & upcoming guests. In each suite, all non-essential items will be removed but are available at the front desk upon request. Unless urgently requested, no daily room service will be provided during your stay in order to help reduce interaction and unnecessary risk. Cleaning products will be available to our customers who wish to disinfect their room themselves during their stay. Common areas and high touch points such as door knobs and elevator buttons are frequently disinfected and sanitary stations are located throughout.
SOCIAL DISTANCE
We always ask you to respect the recommended social distance of 6 feet in the common areas throughout the White Buffallo Club. At certain strategic locations, signs on the ground are installed to facilitate travel and to remind the social distancing instructions in force. Other places are unfortunately too restricted to control the direction of circulation, so we ask everyone to respect the distancing measures and remain courteous in your movements.
REDUCING TRANSMISSION
Mandatory disinfection of the hands at the entrance and exit of the hotel. Disinfectant stations, with gels dispensers, are also installed on each of our floors and in appropriate locations throughout the hotel.
